Fetch Account Status

    Hello Team,

    I have following situation where I need urgent help :-

    In my website people can register using
    1) Facebook , 2) Twitter , 3) Linked In , 4) Google Plus

    Now some time same user can connect with us, using Facebook first time and using Twitter second time, Linked In third time and Google Plus last fouth time.

    I want to maintain a account status. Like where user can disconnect from my wedsite and check list of account which are connected.
