I’m testing MPG’s v. 4.0.3 functionality before deploying on client sites. The issue I’m running into is that the fetch and use button gets “stuck,” never actually loading in the data, and not letting me move forward with the process. I have never used MPG before yesterday, just after the update was deployed, so I’m not sure if it’s related or not.

I have tried it across three different accounts, in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers, and with both the linked Google sheet and the uploaded Excel file.

As shown in the screenshot below, the plugin never moves past the greyed-out Fetch and Use box or the spinning dial next to it.

    Hi there,

Do you get any error in the browser console or server error logs?

    Thank you!

That’s odd, thanks for sharing. Can you go to MPG -> Advanced settings and click on Update table structure button?

May I ask how did you installed the plugin?

I clicked the Update Table Structure button, and it’s throwing the same error.

I tried both methods: The Plugins manager within the WordPress backend, first, then when that didn’t work, I deactivated, uninstalled, cleared my cache, and tried again with the .zip file.

This might be relevant, as well. It’s what happens when I try to create a new project from any of the included templates:

That’s strange, are you using a Multisite?

I can’t figure out what’s wrong easily. Would you mind contacting us on contact at themeisle.com to troubleshoot this together?

    Thank you!
