Fetching Categories not work

  • Hello Developer team!

    I have problem with Fetching categories – not working at all.

    And Also Products not sync back, when change price in Google sheet, it creates new product with new id but same name.

    What should be a problem?

    Hi,

    make sure the columns must matched as described in video. And also reset it once from Google Sync > Reset Menu

    I am having the same issues on the latest version (12/22/2021). Looking at the log in the Google Sheet Code area, it pulls the categories into the log but never populates the categories sheet. For products, I looked into WCGS_CHUNKER and it doesn’t show anything except logs that say this,

    {success=true, data={message=0 = Created, 0 = Updated
    TOTAL = 0, update=0.0, create=0.0}}

    make sure you also clone the template from the given link inside plugin settings and than try again.

    Hi there! I am having this same problem. Fetching categories or products does not work. I have followed all the steps carefully. Syncing works, just not fetching categories.

    I found out during working with them, to fetch (from Woocommerce to Sheets), you need the paid version.

    The paid version of what?

    Google Sync from Nmedia, the thing you are messaging about. This is the free version and if you want the advanced features, you would need to purchase a license.
