Fetching Copy Failed

    My google insights (keep fluctuating) but at their height around 63/100 Mobile and 71/100 Desktop.I have the following plug ins:

    WP Optimize By xTraffic
    WP Optimize Speed By xTraffic
    WP Smush
    WP Super Cache
    Hyper Cache

    On clicking on WP Optimise on the left hand menu bar there is no apparent Dashboard (just a link back to their plugin) so I have ticked everything in the Optimise Speed tabbed sections (I’m a complete novice as you can tell!). I have left Optimise Links unticked, Header and Footer blank and Add Traffic Module?? No idea what to do here!

    I have ‘smushed’ all my images.

    When I run Cache Test in WP Super Cache I get this result.

    Fetching https://www.vividviolet.co.uk/ to prime cache: OK
    Fetching first copy of https://www.vividviolet.co.uk/: FAILED
    Fetching second copy of https://www.vividviolet.co.uk/: FAILED
    One or more page requests failed:
    The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!

    I see so many forums on this similar topic, but as a complete novice (someone who, dare I admit it, isn’t even completely sure what cache is) I would like a better speed for my website and am intent on learning as much as I can about the ‘back office’ side of things.

    Hope someone can help in simple words?!
