    Hi all,

    I have Dokan for business
    Some issues since I upgrade from Lite to Business :
    1: in some store, customer can not add the product in the cart. Cart is still empty…
    2: When vendors want to add product from their dashboard, they can not find the product category. So, impossible for them to add any product, as it is mandatory

    Thanks a lot for the help, it is very important for me…

    Follow the procedure to test :

    1. Deactivate all third-party plugins except for Dokan and WooCommerce
    2. Use a default theme such as twenty-twenty or storefront
    3. Clear the cache of your site and check the issue.

    Hi Roshni,
    thanks very much for the answer.
    I applied the procedure, and still not working.

    Impossible to add product from certains stores, even with default themes.

    So it seems the problem doesn’t come from the theme, but Dokan plugin.
    This appear during my update in Dokan Business.
    The thing is Dokan support don’t answer my questions…

    Any idea what could be the problem ?

    the problem comes when a client clic on “add to cart” from the store page. If client clic from the “single product page”, it’s working ok.
    An other thing : when I create new vendor now, it seems the store to be ok. So it seems to be a bug in the migration from Lite to business version.

    Any idea of what to be modify in the coding ?

    Dokan Lite and Dokan Pro are two individual plugins, though they are dependent on each other but there is no migration actually. So the vendors or data you had with Dokan Lite should not be affected. Our support engineers will reach you through your tickets very soon. Once they investigate your site properly you will get the solution as well.

    I found the problem: it was an issue with HTTP VS HTTPS.
