few error notices and a 2 bugs

    and a tiny bug – if you are on /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=user_extra_fields page and click a label for some item in the added section with fields, you are #moved to the wordpress fields section as the id’s and names of the items are the same.

    and another bug – if you add the field and set some default value, all existing people got this value. OK, not a big deal you may think, as it might be deleted in user extensions, but first the item may not be there and even if you add it there, it cannot be mass deleted – if you click all users and, check an item you want to change but leave it empty and then do “Update checked users”, nothing happens – you have to fill there e.g. a space.

    4. not sure I understand, default value is exactly doing that, you don’t want it? Don’t set it, or am I not understanding your issue correctly?
