Hi @itsmefti ,
First, I would like to mention that warnings won’t stop you from listing, only errors will.
This: Error: Item condition required (#21916884)
This means you need to provide a value for the “Condition” either in the listing profile or edit product page of the eBay options settings in the edit product page of Woocommerce.
In order for a condition to show you must select a primary eBay category in the listing profile first. Each category on eBay allows for different conditions. So without selecting what category you are listing to, WP-Lister cannot provide the conditions that are available for use.
If that does not work, click the “Refresh details” link on the accounts page of WP-Lister, and then try again.
This: “Warning: Return Policy input not applicable. (#21916711)
The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored.
This looks like eBay is complaining that the value for the “Refund” field is not valid in your return policy.
If the value is valid, you may want to reach out to eBay seller support regarding this.
I say this because eBay has different rules for each marketplace, they even appear to have different rules for each category. So when you receive an error like this regarding a policy (where the actual options are only displayed directly on eBay and not shown in WP-Lister) your best bet is to speak with eBay and have them look at the policy in question.
Then update the policy directly on eBay. After that click the “refresh details” link on then “Accounts” page of WP-Lister. Then try revising the changed listings on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister again.
Or you could try removing all values except required ones, then go through the process directly mentioned above to update WP-Lister by refreshing the details, and try again, then add options back 1 by 1 while refreshing WP-Lister in between to find which specific option/value is causing this error from eBay.
A while back we received an email from eBay notifying us that they will be removing the 14 day return option and many users needed to change it to 30 days minimum. You should check the return policy on eBay for this. Some users needed to remove any text entered in the “Returns description” field as many eBay categories no longer allow the use of that field. Another user received this error because they did not provide any international returns settings in their return policy on eBay. Make sure you enable international returns in the policy on eBay, then click the “refresh details” link on the “accounts” page of WP-Lister and try again.
Lastly, I have seen this similar error before when a return policy became “corrupt” on eBay. The fix for that is to create a new return policy on eBay, after that click the “refresh details” link on the “accounts” page of WP-Lister and then select the new policy in the listing profile, and revise/publish the listings again.
With that said, you are receiving a warning which won’t stop you from listing, only errors will, as I previously mentioned.
Secondly, this warning specifically mentions the value for the “Refund” field, so I would try changing that in the return policy directly on eBay, refresh your account details on the accounts page of WP-Lister as explained above, then revise the listing(s) again.
This: Warning: Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item. (#21916970)
Seller is not eligible to list a discounted item.
I’m afraid there is nothing we can do about this – you have to contact eBay Seller Support and ask them what you can do to become eligible to use discount prices / strike-through pricing.
To use the strikethrough pricing, your account has to be approved by eBay. If you have not been approved to use the Strikethrough pricing feature, no matter what you set in WP-Lister, the Strikethrough feature will not work.
You have to ask eBay and it is up to eBay as to whether they approve you or not to use the strikethrough price which is also known as the “Discounted Price”.
You can enable/disable the strikethrough price in the listing profile of WP-Lister.
Kind regards,
Menchie
