Few issues / functions missing

The plugin is nice but there’ still few issues I have found:
– Category dropdown not work with empty location search field
– Category dropdown not refreshing automatically, requires clicking search field

And few missing functions:
– No option for infinite distance
– No option to disable location search field
– No option to add custom marker icon / image
– No option to disable starting marker
– No search field for store name
– No dropdown for selecting country, can be done with categories but still not refreshing automatically with is a bummer
