• Updates Required:
    1. It submits the Cancellation and Refund Requests. There must be an option to automate the Cancellation and refund options in the admin.
    2. Right now it’s only working for default products in woocommerce admin. However, it should work for Bookings as well or if some other sort of bookings or products is set up outside woocommerce.
    3. We should have an option to partially refund an amount to the customer if someone cancels a booking before 8hrs, 12hrs or 24 hrs.
    4. We should have an option if someone would like to edit an existing order for booking. or we can say rescheduling.
    5. We should have an option to prompt to call back at a given number or contact via email in case of some delay in arrival.

    Please do let me know if these options are available. I would like to implement it on the website right away.

    Good Things:
    1. Easy to install and use.
    2. Once somone submits the Cancel request it submits instantly and we can see it in the admin.
    3. Once someone submits the Cancel request then only, we can see the refund option on the website.
    4. Upon Refund request submission, it can be seen instantly in the admin.
    5. We have options at plugin level to display the cancel button on the status of the order whether its processing, completed, onhold and so on…
