Few questions before installing

    Hello,

    I’m interested in this plugin but I have few questions before trying it:
    1. Will it provide notifications to the blog admin on new comments that needs approval by email like the WP comment system?
    2. Will it automatically approve comments for visitors that were previously approved?
    3. Can I import my Facebook comments into this comment DB?
    4. Will it import my WP comments into it?
    5. What happen is I’ll decide to stop using this plugin?
    If all answers are positive please set me up as a translation editor for Hebrew so I’ll be able to translate the plugin.

    Please note, that wpDiscuz uses WordPress core (native) functions and has no relation. This process is managed by WordPress.

    3. Can I import my Facebook comments into this comment DB?

    wpDiscuz has not such feature, however if you will able to find way to include fb comments in wordpress it will also possible to import on DB.

    As I mentioned wpDiscuz uses wordpress core functions, so there is no need to import comments

    5. What happen is I’ll decide to stop using this plugin?

    After disabling wpDiscuz, there will displays the standard comment form as before wpDiscuz activation.

    Regard to translation

    • wpDiscuz has phrase system, which allows you to translate all front-end phrases
    • you can use some translation plugin (for example loco translate). In this case you should enabled “Use Plugin .PO/.MO files” wpDiscuz option in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page.
