    Hi, nice and promising plugin, but there are some issues

    1. I’ve ran into white screen after activation.
    Fresh WP 4.9.8 (ru) install, GlotPress (activated) and gp-live-import

    PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /sandbox/sandbox5/wp-content/plugins/gp-live-export/gp-live-export.php:26

    ( I just removed the check to get rid of error 500 )

    2. It will be nice to see plugin menu under “Tools” or “Plugins” or its own,
    “Settings” isnt very nice place for it.

    3. Export files should have better names, based on the locale.
    I.e. I set language as Russian (ru) and the export file gets name project-ru.po ,
    while correct name should be using locale ru_RU and filename – project-ru_RU.po
