    Dear ladies and gents,

    the plugin looks good on paper, but I still need few answers in order to recommend it.

    We are looking to build a platform for companies and I hope you can answer few questions before using it.

    1) Custom fields for registrations are there. Can email be used as username, since we dont want to have field username?
    2) All registration can be approved from admin and all registration info can be displayed in the email?
    3) Is there a way to add categories for the members, for example all companies from one category are there and so on? Can those categories be listed and afterwards can users from those categories be displayed?
    4) When using something like members directory, can we use custom fields for the sorting process? For example, Company name as the title, city and the contact person displayed below?
    5) Can we custom profile the profiles from the registed users?
    6) Is there a platform for contacting users, so that user can exchange messages?
    7) Is there a was to test out the demo of the plugin before buying?

    We dont want to charge the membership, but we need to approve them all after review and so on.

    The goal is to create a platform for companies which can be then displayed from different categories with the possibility of contact and so on.

    Hi Srdjan Vukovic!

    1. You can create custom fields for the membership forms. Our system uses email address for sign in, there is no username field in our system.

    2. You can setup an approval process – once you have a MembershipWorks account you can sign in and go to Help > Membership > Managing Members > Managing & Approving New Members for more information.

    3. You can use labels to create categories, and users will be able to search by those categories in your members directory.

    4. You can display and search by custom fields in the directory, but at this time it is not possible to sort the list with a custom field.

    5. You can customize the profile template for the directory under Customization > Directory Profile.

    6. Users can use our “Send Message” feature to send emails to your members.

    7. You can sign up for our free 50 member/account plan to try out the system. Note that certain features are not available with our free plan (paid event registrations, forms/carts/donations and multiple administrators).
