    Great work on the plugin! A few things we need help with:

    Admin Email:

    Admin is not receiving notifications, user is though.

    I ran this query with no results:

    UPDATE wp_js_ticket_config SET configfor = 'email', addon = '' WHERE configname = 'new_ticket_mail_to_admin';

    1. Avatar is the same for agent and user. How may we have a different avatar for each?
    2. Avatar on first post is stretched to an oval, how may we fix this?

    Status Color
    How may we change the color of the status? Couldn’t find it in the css.

    Reply Box
    How may we reduce the height of the reply box?

    Department
    How may we remove the display of the department on the ticket and dashboard page?

    Dashboard right bar
    We removed the right sidebar on the dashboard page and we would like the latest tickets to be full width with jsst-header-main-wrapper.

    Hi,

    Check the system error for any error.

    1. Agent can upload it own picture from front-end dashboard.
    2. Send the screenshot.
    3. Status color are manage in php files
    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/modules/ticket/tpls/
    – admin_tickets.php
    – mytickets.php
    4. System do not manage height, you may find in editor css.
    5. System do not support it.

    Reinstalled and admin emails work. Delete and re-install, not a deactivation.

    2. Not able to change the image for a single use agent on the free version

    6. How can we remove the first comment below the initial ticket view? It’s redundant to have the first message seen twice.
