ffmpeg encoding for videos

Thanks for the plugin! It’s doing its job great after we setup ffmpeg properly! I use it on my personal sites and on company’s site where we allow users to submit their own videos.

Addition of video js player was much appreciated!

Also, wanted to mention that it works well on a WordPress MULTISITE setup for us.
