    I’m so sorry that the update didn’t work as smoothly as we hoped. We do indeed test our releases as we’re developing, and again before the final release, with the support team also jumping in to test too! In this case, we didn’t find any issues during the upgrade and we have many merchants running the latest version at the moment too!

    Something clearly has gone wrong here though that we would need to look into. I can’t see a support request from you at the moment, so perhaps you’re not looking for further troubleshooting. In which case, I apologize again that the latest version didn’t work first time and I hope you’ll give us another shot in the future!

    If you would like further support, however, please raise a topic in the forum and one of us will be able to look into this further!
