Thanks for contacting us.
By default, all files are uploaded to wp-content/uploads directory. By typing {foldername} a new directory will be created in uploads directory and files will be uploaded to {foldername} folder.

Please try that on your own and inform of your results.

hello thanks for your support..
i got the directories under the upload folder.
but the problem is after submitting the form under all submission tab the data is displayed the image is not geting displayed on click of the file attachment the errors comes i.e.
