Field Description re-populates

    The field description (placeholder text) re-populates when a change is made to the form, even after it’s been removed and saved. Steps to duplicate:

    1. Create form with fields.
    2. Delete field description text.
    3. Save form.
    4. Check form results. Field description will not appear.
    5. View form in WP Admin. Field description text is back. If you update the form, it will be back on the front end as well.
