Field drop down options no longer showing

Hi!

Thanks for an awesome theme.

Since the last update, the drop down options of a field on our forms of any type are no longer displaying drop down options correctly.

Instead some empty fields are displayed beneath the field title.

I can’t figure it out since I have added no new plugins, and it worked perfectly before.

In an effort to fix this I removed some plugins that I just had installed but was not using, in case there was conflict there, no changes.

I’ve checked it on android device, desktop firefox, chrome and still the same issue.

I’ve removed all browser cache and checked for flash and java updates in case that was causing the problem.

It’s a live site been running stunningly well until now, so now I am stumped.

Is there any conflict with Ultimate Member plugin on forms fields? It’s been running fine using that plugin until the last update.

Any assistance to try figure out where the conflict is, or how to fix this to work the way it used to would be highly appreciated.
