field id not working properly

i have the pro version. i just setup the notification part. i want to send a notification email to the user with his name.
i have used the “NAME” field from the pro version.
i put the notification email like
hi {vfb-46},
bla bla bla

am i doing something wrong here?

and how do i get to know the field id? the field id is only shown when you just add the field. but later when you save the form and come back later to do changes, its not showing. please let me know how to find the id
