field indication

In order to be compliant with accessibility rules I need the fields in UM to show/indicate when you have clicked inside a field in order to fill it out, there is a faint grey border but this is not enough. How can a change this to a 3 px red border.
Also the checkbox below the field does not get focus when using tabulator, so you can not choose to stay logged in when tabbing through.
