field label is showing in WooCommerce order emails even if it’s not filled out

    Hello,

    I have created WooCommerce custom checkout billing text field using your plugin. Filed is not required. There is bug, when this custom filed is empty, field label is showing in WooCommerce order emails.

    How can I fix this?

    May I ask you to send screenshots of the plugin settings? Additionally, please send me a link to your website.

    In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.

    Also, please take a look at WooCommerce → Status → Logs — have there been any errors related to the reported plugin here? If so, please attach screenshots of the logs.
