field labels?

I’ve had an accessibility contractor review some form builders and this is what he said about Contact Form 7:

The contact form lacks form labels. I am not sure if this is among the bugs referred to above, but is a serious problem. If I am tabbing through the form, as users often do, there is no feedback as to the purpose of each field.
