Field Lookup

Hi there

I am using CF7 for athletes to enter their time trial times.
If a club official wants to add time trial time ON BEHALF of someone, they need to search for specific username, to populate the “Username” field in the contact form.

Is there a plugin, or way, to link a CF7 field to a database query lookup, so the user can select a value from dropdown (via database query)?
