    Hello,

Thank you for the great plugin.

Using various Paypal plugins, it works perfectly with data saved to orders no problem.

We are trying to move to use WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin as a payment gateway.

Using this payment gateway however, the field data appears in the cart and the checkout, but when a customer pays, the _value field is missing from the serialised meta data in the wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta table.

Please can you advise ASAP what might be causing this and suggest a fix?

We are using Twenty Seventeen default theme and as mentioned, the plugin works fine with Paypal payment gateways so we think this is a conflict with the Stripe gateway plugin.

    Thank you,

    Oliver

This issue seems to have resolved itself!

    Marking as such now.

As an update and for anyone else finding this, we resolved the issue by preventing “Express Checkouts” on Product pages. This can be done by going to “Dashboard – Settings – Payments – Stripe”, untick “Product page” under “Show express checkouts on” and click “Save changes”.
