Field Not Showing in the Configure a List

I just installed the amr users and setup a user list for mailing addresses. Tried to configure the list. I have home-address-1 and home-address-2 for each user, however only user-address-1 shows on the list of fields and not user-address-2. I was wondering if the naming off the field has something to do with it. Any ideas?

Similarly every user has work-address-1 and work-address-2 and only work-address-1 shows on the list of fields.
