Field Parking lots (multiParkingLot) problem

Since version 4.8:

“Parking lots previously would display as “Array, Array, Array”. They are now shown correctly, in a format similar to the one in onOffice enterprise.”

When I activate the field on the detail page, I get a weird output:

(Stellpl?tze 2 Garagen à 0 €, 1 Sonstiger à 0 €)

What could be the problem?
