Field Placeholder text

  • Hello,
    I have a question and I was wondering if you could help me.
    I already use the default field “username login”, but I wanted to use a field in the new ticket that could automatically add “{first_name} and {last_name}”. Is it possible? If yes, could you help me do it?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a custom field that will prefill first name and last name.
