    hello sir, i have created an extra field for my products and it displays on checkout, cart, order detail page, etc but it doesn’t show in the invoice.
    i am using “Woocomerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels” by “webtoffee” plugin for invoicing and i tried but couldn’t display the name field of my extra product option in the invoice. can you please help with a piece of code or some way i can display it in my invoice too.

    I have the same problem. I’ve noticed that the values are not even written to the database in the postmeta table where they should be. There seems to be a lot of questions about this problem. Have you ever found a solution for this problem?

    Yes; this is a continued and seemingly random problem on one of our client websites. Probably 80% of the time the options are saved properly to the database (and therefore shown in the email notifications and on the corresponding Order page) but about 20% of the time that data is just lost. I’ve done quite a bit of testing and just can’t seem to reproduce the issue, but the issue does continue to happen randomly. Any update on this? Would be happy to answer any questions.

    It has definitely been an issue. With all the recent updates to WooCommerce I wonder if the issue has been addressed, but again, it didn’t happen 100% of the time so it is really difficult to track down the culprit. I’ll follow up if it happens again now that some updates have come through.
