Field Width & Height

Hello,

I’ve created a super long form that is being for an application. Two questions:

1. How can I standardize the width of all of the fields? Some are very short, while others are much longer.

2. I have a multi-select picklist with about 12 options. Is it possible to display all of the options so that a user won’t have to scroll within the field?
