Fields Add-on 0.6.2

Drronsuarez from our company, LoudFeed, recently purchased the Fields add-on from you.

Unfortunately we are not able to make additional fields behave the same as the rest of the questions

I have set the Form so that the respondent sees one question at a time. When I create a new email field it appears right above the first question and has none of the styling of the other questions. Can you modify the add-on so that the new field appears according to the settings chosen for the form. I my case this would mean that the email field appears in its own window and that I can add it at a minimum, to either the beginning or end of the form.
