    Hey, I am using this plugin on my website to request a quote page for the Logistics Import-Export Website.

    Form URL: https://prisma.jdseoinfotech.com/request-a-quotes/

    When I am Select the ORIGIN COUNTRY, STATE, and CIty, and then when I go to select DESTINATION COUNTRY Select, then ORIGIN State and City filed automatically reset.

    Hi @kumarrishikesh12 ,

    In free version of plugin , this functionality is not available. If you want to use multiple fields on same page then you can buy pro version.
