fields disappear if make private

  • I needed a way to turn off the product selector. I opted to set the visibility as “private”. That turned it off but the whole product field group we setup also disappeared!

    As it was very complex, this is really annoying. Anyone know how to get it back?

    Also, how are we supposed to pause the product field groups?

    I’m not sure I understand. What do you mean with product selector?

    Pausing field groups can be done by setting them from published to draft.

    Thank you. Setting them from published to draft is what I should have done.
    I used the other option, just under that. I changed the visibility to hidden. Then it completely disappeared from the settings page, and I can’t work out how to get it back.
