Hi could you turn off the Fields Cloning option from wp-admin/Fields Factory/Settings, and try again.

Thanks for responding. That’s how I currently have it set up with cloning off. I have Group Meta on and Group Fields off. Any other suggestion.

    Thanks

More than 8 fields not at all a problem, I have tested with 15 ( mostly ) fields without any problem.

Is there any chance to view error.log, some exception or warning messages could point us to right direction.

or it could be a plugin conflicts.
    to find out

    1. Deactivate your current theme & switch to twentytwelve theme or any of other WordPress default theme, and check whether it’s working. if it does then the issue is with your theme being used.

    2. If it doesn’t work even after switching to WordPress default theme, then deactivate all plugins except
Woocommerce & WC Fields Factory and check again.

    Let me know

I’m using Genesis Sample Theme. I deactivated all plugins and genesis sample theme and activated twenty sixteen theme just like you said but that still didn’t fix the add to cart button. When I click on cart button on my phone it just sits there without showing any errors. It works fine on my home desktop computer. I know one customer tried to use this page at their work computer and it would do the same thing as my phone. Do you think it might be some kind of firewall or security blocking it?
