Fields Filled for Abandoned Cart

    Hello,

    I’ve installed the plugin, and so far I’m impressed with how easy it was to set up.

    I was wondering which fields need to be filled out for the plugin capture an abandoned cart.

    Is the email address field being filled enough for the plugin to capture the cart? Or do all the billing fields need to be filled out?

    Thank you for your interest in Cart Abandonment plugin.

    You don’t need to do setup especially except enabling the follow-up emails which will send to the customers who abandon their orders.

    Cart abandonment will start the tracking customer as soon as the email field gets filled.
