Fields From Previous Steps Not Sending In Final Email

  • I’ve been trying to research this for a while and can’t figure it out.
    Looked through another post with this same issue, but didn’t solve it.
    My test page:

    The plugin is awesome, but can’t figure out how to receive fields from previous steps.

    Please help!
