Fields get cleared after submitting, afterwards says “field is required”

  • When I fill in the form and hit “Verzenden”, which means “Send”, the page gets refreshed which will clear the fields. Directly afterwards, it says “The … field is required”.

    When I turn off the option to make the field required, it saves empty fields.

    Is this a common issue? I am using this shortcode: [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM]

    I already tried to reinstall the plugin.
