Fields keep reverting to empty and blank after every restore

Hi, one page on my website (https://slkclinic.com/fillers/) suddenly displays blank fields, no matter how many times I restore the filled-out version.

I tried this about 6 times tonight: I restored the page to a version 6 months ago that has all the fields filled out (such as Title and Description). Yet, when I reload the page to test it, the webpage is mostly blank, and when I enter WordPress to check the fields again they are blank again
