Fields list does not shon

Dear All,

I try to add a new program but i cant see all the field i create it before update to the license version , also i try to create a new Field group the same problem face me any solution for that however the error bellow shown when add a new field to the new group

Field group registration was not successful (“id” “label” and “supports” args are required).
