Fields no longer saving

Not sure what happened.

I have two fields that have a relationship to taxonomies. Everything was working fine last week when I stopped working on everything for the weekend, came back and those fields are missing from my template.

Upon further inspection, I went to each individual item and noticed these fields weren’t filled out – erased somehow. I tried to fill them back in and saved, but the save does not work and it just blanks out again.

I’ve tried clearing my cache and the server cache. I have no idea what happened. I didn’t add any new functions – I did add something to my config that was related and so deleted it, still not working.
