    Hi,

I believe this is a support question for the Pro version. Please post them here:

I have a similar problem and paid for the Pro version. The Pro version support link in the post above currently links to a 404 not found page.

    Hi,

The fields you are looking for actually get passed through in the ‘custom field’ which can seen when you download a report of your transactions (excel file).

My apologies for the 404 pages. My hosting company performed a server migration which broke the permalink redirects and they have not been able to find the actual root of the problem. I am in the process of migrating to a new hosting company and this issue should be resolved shortly.

Thanks for the response. Please do post here when you have a method for Pro users to get in touch with you. To explain the issue I think the original poster had and that I have too, the campaign donation form collects first name, last name, address, occupation, employer, email, phone, donation amount and comment. This fails to collect city, state and zip code, which are important pieces of information to have for campaign donations. Also, while the first name, last name and address lines transfer over to the PayPal form, the phone and email data do not, requiring people to reenter that data. The whole purpose of this plug in is to avoid making potential donors reenter data — to stream line the process. Hopefully an update to this plug in will capture the city, state and zip data and also transfer city, state, zip, phone and email data to the PayPal form.

Campaign laws also have restrictions on the amount someone may contribute and it would be nice if this plug in would allow us to set the maximum donation amount and then would check that the donation amount was legal before continuing.
