Fields too wide

  • Hello

    I have 2 questions regarding the CF7 form I have on this page.
    1) The width of the first field is OK.
    The others are much too wide. How can I make them narrower.

    2) Regarding the date field. How can I left-justify the text to be near the left arrows.
