Fields with spaces in the data, are not pre-populating fields

Fields with spaces in the data, are not pre-populating fields on the page they are sent to via URL after I updated today. It had been months since I last updated, so im not sure what version caused the problem.

The problem can be seen on privesalonorlando.com by using the form at the top where you select Service and Location. If you select Blowout, it carries the data over correctly, but if you select anything with a space in the data, it doesn’t carry it over.

This was working for 1 year prior to update today.
