Good to hear you like the plugin and thank you for your kind words.

None of the features you have asked about are available in the plugin and whilst we do plan on creating some of these features in the future they will not be added to the core version of the plugin. Instead they will be made available in the form of plugin extensions on our website. Due to restrictions on the WP forums I am not able to discuss paid for/premium extensions here so if you have more questions I would kindly ask you to use the forum on our site.

I have two question.
I saw a new add to the plugin; post en comments. How do the user post an article?
Also what is the shortcake for the My account like https://ultimatememberdemo.com/account/

1. You will need to use another plugin that offers front-end publishing until we release our own front-end publisher. Im sure you will find several if you do a search of the repo.

2. The account page is automatically installed and you will find the shortcode on that page. The shortcode is [ultimatemember_account] but I would not recommend using the shortcode anywhere else apart from that page.

I created the account page and something strange happened. The new users can’t edit their profiel. There is no edit icon for new users and they can’t view other users profiel. When click on other members profiel, its redirect to homepage.

Please help!!! I like the plugin so much that don’t want to use other plugin.

We’re available now for support. But to give you an answer to your question, we do not know what could be wrong without checking your site.

First you say that you created an account page? UM does that for you, so I think there’s a little misunderstanding in the setup and we’re able to fix it for you, but just ask you to write over our community forums so we can give you a prompt help?

Hi,

I am able to fix the previous problem of user profiel editing.
Now new problem arisen. Assigned user role doesn’t show up in de Member Directories.
When look at User Roles from the admin dashboard, it says total numbers of members who have this role on my site is zero. Instead I have like 5 assigned role members for this role.
What could be the issue. This problem all started when i updated the plugin yesterday. Before everything was working fine.

Again we can’t debug the issue remotely without testing (as you are the only one reporting this issue)

In last update, we fixed a problem with two-name role name, so that might be the cause. Please create a new role, and please assign one user to that role and let me know if it works.

Well, i will like to suggest this: Maybe in the future extensions that users can create an album photos? Where you have About, comments and posts. Maybe to add user album creation to it? Like ‘user ultra’

I saw the new changelog added for the following:

New: added access control settings to custom post types, you can have custom access settings applied to your custom post types now.

I do see post under every user profiel.
When I click on it it says ” This user has not created any posts.” How can the user created a posts? I can’t find it please help.

I also see you are adding countries languages to the plugin. Is it possible to add Dutch to the language?

If your site does not allow users to post articles, simply go to Dashboard of plugin > Settings > Appearance > Profile Menu and here you can turn off any profile tabs you do not want! Such as posts, or comments. ?? The profile menu system is very flexible.

The access control in changelog refers to another thing. Refers to the requested feature him (To be able to lock a custom post type with UM Access Settings)

We do not have a Dutch localization/translation yet for the plugin, we hope however to have that soon!

I would like to know if the email under the user profiel can be added to where ( ABOUT, POSTS AND COMMENTS ) is and not showing users email like it shows now? Like to add CONTACT next to the COMMENTS and if someone click on the CONTACT it open to email send? Not everyone want to show their email like how it shows now.

Can you also consider adding verified so admin can choose if this member is verified or not?

We apologize for this question, but where does the email get shown? We do not have a feature that display user email by default. Can you give us more info about this?

– Verifying members can be done via email confirmation, or admin review at this time. Like if you turn on manual approval, you have chance to decide which users are verified and which are not.

Under the user profile you can can add e-mail address to the form.
That is where i meant. This email could be work in under as contact at the ”about, comments, posts”
So it doesn’t show the user whole email address instead when you click on contact it open to email form.

For the verified i mean like icon or something to show this member is a premium member hight with color
