Fifth Attempt to Get Support

    This is the Fifth attempt I am making about to contact you with problems I am having with your plugin.

    We are also using Simple Author Box which your documentation says in totally compatible.

    First Problem

    Guest Author box display the Social Media accounts of the poster and NOT the Guest Author.

    Second Problem

    Multi-Author DOES NOT work. It does not insert the authors in the by-line and it does not display the correct author boxes.

    Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

    My apologies. I have not received any support requests from you before today. Today I received three copies of this report. The first one came at 6:37 AM which I believe was your third attempt. It looks like our support email isn’t working.

    In general, support requests for the premium version of the product should go through your freemium account or through the support page at shooflysolutions.com on the contact page.If you tried to reach me via one of those methods and got no response, please let me know so that I can address it as soon as possible. I sent you an email with some questions and instructions that will allow me to resolve your issues.

    I am closing this support request, as this is for the free plugin only.

    After the author realized that the contact form was not working, they spent a significant amount of time working with me to resolve any issues I uncovered, often exchanging emails several times a day.

    Some of the best support I have received from plugin authors.
