Use your browser’s element inspector tool to help you define appropriate CSS rules to get the proper spacing. Once you’ve come up with appropriate CSS, copy it to the Additional CSS section of the customizer or style book.
If you need additional help for determining specific CSS rules, we’d need a link to a live page demonstrating the spacing issue. Screenshots would not be helpful in this regard.
