    Hello,

I have been trying out your awesome plugin but I cannot seem to make it do what I want it to do.

I want it to read the Tags that are in the Keywords EXIF that Lightroom uses. This section allows the images to be tagged and be used by Justified Image Gallery to filter them out.

We use this with NextGen Gallery fine, but we want to get rid of NGG.

Currently, what I have done was that I went into “IPTC & EXIF Processing Options” > Edited “Att. Tags” > IPTC Value is “2#025:
Keywords” > Priority is EXIF > Existing Text is “Replace”.

Everytime we upload a tagged image to the media library, there is nothing in the Att. Tags on the toggle.

    Anything I am doing wrong?

Thanks for the positive comments and for your question.

Tools like Lightroom or Photoshop store keyword information in different places, and it is possible that your keywords are not present in the IPTC field. For example, you might try replacing the EXIF/Template value with something like:

    template([+xmp:Keywords+])

If you can post a link to one or more of your images I can examine them and give you more specific guidance. You can also find more suggestions in these earlier topics:

    Possible to convert ASCII

    “Keywords” to “Description”

I hope that gives you the tools you need to analyze your images and extract the keyword values. I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you have problems or further questions about extracting metadata from your images. I am happy to give you whatever help I can to make your application a success. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
