File attachment is damaged

  • Hi,

    I have a problem with the file attachment of the PlanSo Form free version.

    I’m using the form on a multisite network (this might be the problem).
    I am receiving the mails correctly but the file attachment (docx and pdf) is broken. Adobe Reader says something like: “the document is damaged and cannot be repaired. Adobe Reader could not open because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded)”

    Does anyone have a solution for that?
