File Attachment Settings

    Hi,
    I just installed the plugin. I tried to search for this issue, but was unsuccessful. I checked the box in settings to allow for files to be attached. However, I don’t see a way to save this setting. When I click the save button below the API box, it removes the check box. Anyone else experience this? I’m assuming I’m missing something obvious.

    Hi Alyssa,

    It is possible to display the contact form by using the Shortcode which is generated. For example, it may look something like this:

    [zendesk_request_form attachments=”1″ priority=””]

    The shortocde generator options on the plugin settings page can be used to generate the shortcode, then copy it into the page you’d like to show the form. For example, I copied the shortcode mentioned above via this https://pip.click/16170106560.png
