File Attachments Not Showing Up

For some reason my form has stopped including attachments in the emails that it sends to me when the form is submitted. I can confirm that the attachment was there because when I use the Flamingo plugin to check the submission it shows the file name for what was attached. Unfortunately there is no way to download it from Flamingo. I haven’t changed anything and it was working before so I’m not sure what is causing the attachments to not be attached in the email that is sent to us with the form information.
