It’s possible that it may be that I upgraded to PHP 7.1. Could that be the issue?

File Away is not currently fully compatible with PHP 7.1, but that’s not the issue.

It IS fully compatible with WP 4.0 through to current version.

You probably have a plugin that is generating javascript errors on the editing page, which is preventing the File Away popup dialogue from opening.

I found the issue. I downgraded PHP from 7.1 to 5.4 and now the plugin works like expected – perfectly. So I think it’s possible that 7.1 is the problem? I’ll upgrade the PHP back to 7.1 so you can see the issue.
